Troy - Day 1
So today I arrived at the air port at 5 am. To find out that are flight is delayed 4 hours which caused to spend most of our day in an airport. We ended up stuck in Atlanta for the night and have to catch a flight to Saint Thomas on Sunday. So we spent most ore day in airports but threw in the best dinner of my life thanks to john. It was not at all how I pictured my day going but the whole group took it in stride. It was amazing to see them cope with the changes without any anger or bitterness for the situation. Truthfully after spending the first day with this amazing group of people I almost feel like I am not qualified to be here with them. They are an amazing group of people john and Rene worked so hard to make yesterday a good day despite the changes. The 6 other guys on this trip are strong men of good who are trying to truly live for him. And the 5 young ladies of this trip have a passion for good that makes them far more beautiful then physical appearance could ever make anyone. so at this point of the week my goal is try to live up to the high standards set by the outer people on this trip I might fail but most people would trying to live up to there example.
